I have worked for almost four decades as a seasoned psychotherapist and energy practitioner, blending clinical expertise with a holistic, whole‑person approach to healing. I am respectful of the unique perspectives, values, and life experiences that shape each of us. I work with my clients in tandem, guided by the client’s personal goals and preferences. I offer the integration of energy work with talk therapies for those open to and/or curious about it. I like to think that what I have to offer my clients is thoughtful, individualized care that honors both evidence‑based practice and intuitive understanding.

Over the decades I’ve been in practice I have supported adults, children, adolescents, and families from all walks of life in navigating transitions, coping with emotional challenges, healing trauma, and in diving deeply into the waters of personal growth and transformation. My focus in professional practice at this juncture in my life is on working with mature adults who are curious about understanding their own experiences, perspectives and unconscious patterns. It is a great joy of mine to support clients as they utilize their newfound awarenesses to forge the path to the life they desire.
