Erica is a licensed speech, language, and social cognitive specialist. Erica has 28 years of experience working with children and teens with a range of special needs (i.e. intellectual impairments, autism, ADD/ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, etc.), and 16 years in the field of speech-language pathology. She works with children, adolescents, young adults, and their parents.
Erica has also developed a musical CD and instructional workbook, The Friend Ship, to support young children in developing social communication and emotional regulation skills. It has been utilized by therapists, educators, and parents.
